Archaeology Festival “Sboryanovo” 2024
Admission is free. The meeting point is at the visitor centre of the Thracian Royal Tomb in the Archaeological Reserve “Sboryanovo”, near the village of Sveshtari, Municipality of Isperih.
Date – 15 June 2024 (Saturday), start – 10:00, end – 15:00.
Planned activities include an archaeological game, interactive workshops for making clay objects, coin “minting”, vessel restoration, drone demonstrations and much more.

The conceptual idea for the Archaeology Festival “Sboryanovo – discover, know, narrate”, developed by the Helis team, would not have been possible without the support of our co-organiser, the Historical Museum – Isperih. The participation of the Regional Historical Museum – Razgrad made the festival even more vibrant and engaging. The membership of our association largely overlaps with the museum staff in Isperih, and together we work to popularise the national cultural heritage found in the Archaeological Reserve “Sboryanovo” and across the country.
With that goal in mind, Helis takes part as a co-organiser of the forthcoming event and grants the Historical Museum – Isperih the right to use and further develop the games and workshops created by association members in future events.
